Reporting to the CEO, Paul will function as Interim CFO with specific objectives. They include:

-A Dealer Management System.
-An agreed DMS solution for the Group.
-Qualifying DMS provider capabilities to deliver solutions in the desired timeframe and with required back up.
-Benchmarking the identified system against user requirements.
-Identifying system enhancement areas.
-Key exception analysis.
-Fully costed package including hardware, software and communications infra-structure.
-Project analysis of the system introduction and roll out of the program.

Paul will also identify key Project members, assess the integrity of the Finance and Administration and other operating functions to support the new DMS system, identify shortfalls and propose solutions to deficiencies to minimize risk of failure. He will also study the feasibility of establishing a separate Finance Company for the HP and leasing functions of the firm, determine a possible company structure and how this would work within the company structure.

He'll also explore a leasing company, study the rent-a-car leasing business to Government agencies, and introduce a Trading Policies and Procedures Manual. He's excited by the prospects:
